Yes, Transportation is offered together with the Import or Export services and is currently not offered as a stand-alone service.
Typically, in case of Imports, transportation by Container Trailers or Trucks from Port/CFS to destination warehouse or factory.
In case of Exports, transportation by Container Trailers or Trucks from source warehouse or factory to Port/CFS.
In case of Warehousing, transportation by Trucks or Tempo from warehouse to factory or destination warehouse of distributor.
Freight forwarding is being offered globally to and from all major ports in India and the World.
Import, Export, Transportation and Bonded Warehousing services are offered at Nhavasheva / Mumbai by our in-house staff. Imported goods are Customs Cleared at Nhavasheva and delivered all across India by road.
The end-to-end solutions with focus on Customs Clearance are presently being offered via Nhavasheva / Mumbai only.
We have associate business partners at Delhi, Bangalore and Chennai to handle our consignments at these locations.
Our Documentation and Customer Service teams are based at a centralised location in the Mumbai corporate office.
The preferred mode of payment is by NEFT or RTGS. Cheque payments are accepted subject to realisation.
Yes, for high volume clients with committed monthly and yearly volumes, we allocate dedicated person(s) and resources to be able to provide and sustain the desired levels of performance. You can have a one point of contact for day to day co-ordination.
Organizational Implantation: As a Logistics Service Provider (LSP), we can also have an implant person at your office at an additional cost for improving the organizational and supply chain performance.
For warehousing services, desk space can be arranged for your person and your workstation terminal at the Bonded Warehouse premises if required.
