

Scenario 1 [ INCOMPLETE Transaction]:
Duty is debited from the Bank account and but duty is not reflecting on the ICEGATE portal.
- After clicking the Pay option and being redirected to the Bank page, the transaction was completed and the amount is debited from the Bank account, however the same could not be transmitted to the ICEGATE portal and the challan is still showing as unpaid.

Scenario 2 [ FAILED Transaction]:
- Duty is not debited from the Bank account
and the transaction has failed. - After clicking the Pay option and being redirected to the Bank page, the transaction was not completed.
- The browser was closed before the transaction could get completed.
- The internet connection got disconnected or failed during the transaction process.
Click on "Incomplete Transactions" to see the "List of Pending Challan" to
see the list of incomplete or failed transactions.
Click on "Verify" under Verify Link
In case of a successful transaction, the information would be passed on to ICES
and you will see the page "Transaction Done Successfully !!!"


In case of incomplete transaction, enter the Bank Reference Number in the field "Enter Bank Transaction No.:" and click on "Verify". The data will be transmitted by the Bank to ICEGATE and the completed transaction will be seen under "Transaction Summary".
In case of failed transaction, enter the value as "0" or "00000" in the field "Enter Bank Transaction No.:" and click on "Verify". The unpaid challan will move to "Unpaid Challans", after which you can reattempt to do the payment.
